PowerFLOW 5.4 - Advancing Real-World Simulation

The real world is messy; the test lab is pristine. So how do you design for optimal vehicle performance and driver experience under real-world conditions – including wind, tire rotation, soil, water, and ice?

The newest release of Exa PowerFLOW 5.4 helps you do just that. New capabilities simulate real-world driving conditions to help engineers target design improvements that can help boost vehicle range, fuel efficiency, passenger comfort, and safety – whatever the weather.

Join us April 13th at 10:00am EST for the webinar PowerFLOW 5.4 – Advancing Real-World Simulation for an introduction to the new features to analyze:

    • Real-world driving conditions: Simulate tire tread patterns, wind, and upstream turbulence to improve aerodynamics.
    • Soil and water management: Incorporate dirt, dust, and water into a simulation to improve both vehicle performance and passenger experience.
    • Rotating tires: Explore the effects of rotating tires on aerodynamics and thermal brake cooling to pinpoint the need for critical design modifications.
    • Interior Defrost: Examine power use to boost efficiencies with new solutions for interior de-icing.

Be on the lookout for future events in this Webinar series which will deep-dive into the benefits of simulating: Soil and Water, Realistic Wind, Tire Rotation and Interior Defrost.
